On a featureless build or RAW, yes. On a semi-auto centerfire with evil features, no.

i would also boycott Troy. other manufacturers produce similar products. but yeah, it's a no no on a rifle with a bullet button

Of course it's legal. Now making sure that your rifle is still configured legally is another matter.

Umm, yeah. We know what it is. It's not illegal. YOU need to keep YOUR rifles configured legally.

Meh as a lefty I don't see the point. When I change mags I grab the mag with my right hand, depress the mag release with my thumb knuckle and insert the fresh mag. It's just as fast as a right handed guy.

It will allow you to drop mags without needing a tool, so no its not legal
