    Bright Spot Pawn //swoon//

Bright Spot Pawn won me over as a life-long customer today. I put a lot of stock into people being genuinely nice, and everyone at Bright Spot definitely understands that: great sense of humor, smiles, eye contact, and a real interest in seeing me happy. They didn't push a single thing on me, and I'm already set to buy several items from them that I could just as easily order online.

Typically I order online because it seems to me that customer service is dead, but they acted like I was the only customer there. What a cool feeling! Oh, and how much did I spend there to get them to treat me so nicely? Just a DROS and transfer.

So, to all of you who are unhappy with your last buy, or maybe don't have an FFL "home" yet, go over to Bright Spot and let them take care of you.

BSP definitely rules. One of my favorite shops hands down. Chris is the man! It is always a pleasure dealing and speaking with him. He is very knowledgeable, unassuming, nice, respectful, genuine, fair and much more. These are characteristics that I find very rarely these days. Long live BSP!

Chris is great to work with. I will always go to Bright Spot Pawn for my FFL needs. I drive 90 minutes to use them for my Firearm transfers.

Chris is also one of the most educated guys I've ever met when it comes to CA Gun Laws and Firearms in general.

        Bright Spot Pawn

GREAT place I think Chris is seriously the NICEST and most KNOWLEDGABLE person at any gun store that I have ever had the pleasure to deal with!

I have also driven from San Diego to Riverside just to do business with Chris @ Bright Spot on more than one occasion and I would do it again in a heart beat, he is an asset to the firearms community, truly exemplary CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I got into OLL's thanks to Chris :-P. If it wasn't for BSP I would have never known that I could catch BRD in CA. :-P

Yeah, he'll help you carry it out to the car...

He's a great guy, I owe him some payback for when he made my heart stop the other day when I called in. He told me my recent purchase (you saw it the time I met you) had been confiscated. I think he heard me gasping for air so he started snickering. Only then, I knew he was joking. Ask him about it when you see him...

I completed my PPT there last week and got to pick up my AR.... all were nice people to deal with, and actually treat you like a customer even though we just did the $35 PPT.

does any know what they charge for FFL? if you had something shipped to them?
