For AR or AK?

It's for AR, I use one in my 7.62x39 upper. That one requires a stock trigger spring to reliably fire Tula or Wolf steel ammo. Yellow springs are used for the 5.56 uppers.

I believe for 7.62 upper you need a stronger hammer spring. Also make sure the spring is the correct way lol...I've done this a couple times.
