if you have a hi-cap post ban magazine, let's say a pmag, and wanted to make it CA legal, can you simply mod it yourself to accept only 10 rounds?

yea, figured so. just wasn't completely sure if home-mod jobs were good enough. but i figure the ones you buy are all some sort of home-made job anyway. thanks!
