what rifle kit should i get?

so after classes end in 2 weeks i am going to buy tools, a jig and 80%er's so i can start making my own AR's without a FFL transfer, paper and any other nanny state BS. eventually i want to make AK's and other stuff also but for now, i will start off with AR's.

i am looking at rifle kits and PSA has 2 i am interested in at the price i like

1st is a 9mm AR. i have alwase been interested in a 9mm AR, this looks interesting and could be a fun project

or a 20 inch CHF AR. i am also interested in a 20 inch build. it is out of stock now, but by the time i am ready to order it should be available.

any other suggestions are also welcome.

does it have to be PSA? is money a major factor in doing a build? I'm in the middle of a build too and feels like it's taking forever and a day to do.

i would rather get a complete kit that has everything but the lower. i am already buying all the tools and stuff. i know the first build i do wont be cheap because of the initial tool costs but i don't want to blow the entire bank on one rifle. it does not have to be a PSA kit, but i would like it to be a kit. the first AR i ever did was a RRA kit on a stripped CMMG lower, it was fun.

I have the PSA 20in CHF.
        It's solid.
9mm builds can be finicky. Do a lot of homework on them.

I've got a Delton kit that I've beat down over the years as a truck gun. It's had a few upgrades along the way, but overall it's been solid. The prices on those are pretty right, too.

I'm pretty sure that you can get their stuff from a variety of retailers also. You'll just have to look around.
