+1 Randall does gorgeous work. According to rumor, it may take him a while to work through his current backlog and get to your stuff, but if you can wait, the price is reasonable and the work is excellent.http://www.ar15barrels.com/
I have never had him do any work but im thinking about it. I want to cut my 16" stag barrel down to 14" and have a 2" flash hider pinned. He is a fellow CG member, not sure how busy he is at this time."Ecuador offers the United States $23 million a year in economic aid, an amount similar to what we were receiving under the tariff benefits, with the purpose of providing human rights training that will contribute to avoid violations of people's privacy, that degrade humanity," --Fernando AlvaradoComment

Randall does good work. On something like that it wouldn't take too long. It's much faster if you can go to his shot.
You could also contact m24armorer, who also does nice work.

He did work on my AK hehe.... In any case this is a job for Fedupwbs. Depending on how much work you want to do.
Either get the bolt on retainer or the screw down hand guard from Tromix. Or do it the old fashioned way, get the real hand guard retainer and notch the barrel and change the FSB so you see the threads under it and put a ak-74 brake on it.
I am working on doing a conversion on my .223, and I am going all out.
