While not a Saiga, My Hungarian AK came with a synthetic stock set, and the buttstock was pressed into the receiver and would not budge! I had to use a wooden dowel and hammer it out from the inside of the receiver. Yours might be the same

insert wooden dowel or the butt of a screw driver where the red arrow is pointing, which should touch the end of the stock and hammer it out.

I had to give mine quite a few hard hits before it came out, so go at it!
