M1A on back order!

Well I should have jumped sooner. I went down to put an order in for a Loaded M1A and my dealer could only find 1 of his providers that had some on backorder. The other two he deals with could not even get them. So now I wait for a phone call saying that it's in. They could not even give me a wait time. AND! the price went up $100.

I encountered the same thing. I'm not willing to pay the mark up ($100 is smaller than what I found available). I don't know how true it is, but I heard that Springfield stopped all M1A shipments to their dealers sometime during the last few days and that they are planning to rerelease with an inflated MSRP? Who knows... I'll take my chances and wait.

Getting anything from Springfield has become increasingly harder. Especially their 1911's.
