Bullet Button Feature

Am looking to bring in an AR-15 type rifle that normally ships from the factory to various resellers without the California-requisite bullet button feature. Is that something that a reasonable reseller can install prior to shipping it to my FFL in California? He's in Wyoming and seems very capable. Is that the best way to handle that--do the mod before it leaves the reseller? My FFL at this end would be just a gun processor--not really capable of modifying to California specs.

Yes, BB are easy to install.

And YES, out of state reseller can install the BB and ship it to CA FFL. Make sure he knows not to ship magazines >10 round capacity.
