Need a FFL for ar lower

i need a FFL dealer north of sacramento for an Off list lower. Prefereably a shop and not a fly by night dealer. im located in Redding.

I'm also trying to find an FFL dealer in around the Bay/Peninsula/South Bay Area... seems like most license FFLs are scared to even touch off-list receivers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

They have a ton OLL friendly FFL ready to do business.
