300 Blackout Ammo - Fiocchi; good or bad?

I'm looking for low cost plinking ammo for my 300 Blackout. I read on another forum that there were problems with Fiocchi ammo. Has this issue been resolved or should I stay far away from it? It's hard to beat $30 for 50 rounds compared to anything else on the market.

626, Look at Ozark Ordinance 147 and 150 fmj for around .52c per round. GREAT plinking ammo...clean and pretty accurate. I used their ammo before I started rolling my own.
I personally do not like Fiocchi, shoots dirty and the brass is not great for reloading.
It's not the fall that kills you, it's the sudden stop at the bottom.

Ive shot their 357 and 12g stuff for many years.

No issues here. I'm sure their 300 should be fine.

While I haven't ever used .300 Blackout from Fiocchi, I have run into problems with their ammo for .38 Special, 9mm, and occasionally .223. So I tend to veer away from them, but that price is hard to beat. Usually the wal-mart near me that carrys .300 Blackout only has Remington 20 round boxes for about $16, but the upside to that is you get Barnes cases to reload

I've read the pistol ammo is gtg. I've used JSP 158gr 357 and no issues.
And have read reports of rifle brass
primer holes being of center. -g

I've shot their supersonic ammo with good results. I can't wait to have cheap subs from them.

Never used the 300 blk, but have used thousands of rounds of .357 sig by fiocchi and probably close to 1k 5.56 rounds without any issues.

Looks like I have a few options other than the Remington at my local Walmart. Thanks guys!

Ozark is pretty good but beware one of those (I think the 147 is bimetal). Black gun armory or something has a 150 that's a good plinking round too. I think the fiocci gets mixed reviews on the 300 BLK board. The southwestern is pretty good but they take forever to ship (they take orders before they actually have the ammo ready)
