    Thanks!
They pulled the post off the board as they stopped selling at that price. It was there earlier today, but it also said no longer selling at that price.

not so. advanced tactical supply has hornady training ammo for 155 a case of 500. thats great ammo even tho its steel case and coated. it doesnt dirty up my gun the way wolf does and ive managed sub 1 inch groups at 100 yards with it. the bullets are not magnetic( but the cases are)

there are a lot of choices out there for ammo for 223. what are some decent choices to get that balance quality and price (brand and type)?

Wolf fouls the guns from what I read...

Wolf is fine for plinking... all ammo will foul the gun. Keep in mind (almost) all of it is magnetic, so depending on where you shoot it may be verboten.

If you want more reliable ammo, get anything brass cased.

Q3131, XM193, etc... are tops of the mil stuff - unless you can find Mk262mod1.

Prvi match ammo (75gr) was awesome for the money, but it's all gone.

Anything else from there will be more $.

                  -sigh-

                  Who was selling it?

Thanks guys. I grabbed 1k at outdoormarksman last night and used the promo code that someone was nice enough to put on the post (10% off i think). 1k was 380 (included shipping).
