    skeletonized saiga 7.62X39

    i just bought a skeletonized saiga stock for my 7.62X39 is this actually legal to put on or am i asking for trouble. i read the laws and i believe it is legal. here is what im talking about. http://www.gilbertsguns.com/Stocks/S...etonized+Stock

    Yes, it's legal with a fixed 10 round magazine.

        What everyone else said...you need to fix that mag before installing and only 10rnders.

          qualifys as a thumbhole stock. mag lock. i don't think 922(r) kicks in w/o a separate pg.

            my current setup is a detachable magazine with a regular stock. so i would need to get rid of my skeletonized stock right. damn california laws. id rather have the detachable mag.

              You can fill in the stock and still use detachable mags

                        well that defeats the purpose. so basically i can use a sheet of plexiglass and cut it and then fit it in and poof walla keep my current setup but loose the skeletonized feel.
