    bad pictures of cool M24 Rebuild

    Here's a few pics of my M24 Rebuild. This is as it came from Remington. I'm very happy with it so far. Only 15 rounds down the tube. The group (~.43") was shot during break in - prone off the bipod with M118LR. These are shots 6-10. Rounds 1-5 were sighters, 11-16 were taken out to 675 yards. Better pics to come. This may finally be a rifle I don't monkey with!

        Being former US Army 11B, I would love to get an M24. But I don't have $4k for the rifle, let alone $2k or more for the glass to go with it.

          Its $3800 for the complete system (scope included). Check out the M24 rebuild program on the Remington defense website, you might qualify. If you have active duty family or friends, I'd let them know about it.

                    IF and I mean IF you look hard you can get a GEN 1 thats decently priced. Mine has a 6.5x47 Barrel I will be posting for trade as soon as it arrives Monday.

                                I agree... Good taste of the higher end on a budget.

                                I was very pleased with mine after getting it... It was a nice upgrade from my the usual Vortex PST stuff I use a lot.
