Anyone know what other chambering's in a long action can be converted to 257Roberts without modifying the bolt face? I will rebarrel the rifle and probably change the stock for a syn one.

That list would be HUGE. The .257 Bob's parent case is the 7x57 Mauser. So any case with a .473 base diameter qualifies.

Any of the common ones such as:
6mm remington
25-06
270
7x57
280
30-06

As well as anything derived from any of those.

Thanks. I knew the 257 came from the 7X57 but did not know if that was the same as the 30-06 in size.
