Anybody have any opinions ever shot one? What sort of accuracy should I expect? I'm loooking to get it in 308.

.308 is not rimfire.
I have a 550 in 375H&H, it is very well constructed, it has a mauser captive bolt and a single set trigger with a beautiful stock. Quite accurate for the caliber, though I have not shot the .308, CZ makes excellent rifles (particularly for the cost) in all I have seen from them.

CZ550's are nice rifles at a reasonable price. The only real downside is they take a proprietary scope ringmount, unless you D&T the receiver, which can limit your mounting options somewhat. Not a dealbreaker.Luck favors the prepared.
