I like the ghost ring sights made by Ashley Xpress and Skinner. Mounted on the receiver you get a much longer sight radius too. The stock buckhorn sight can then be removed and the dovetail filled with a blank.

Easily done yourself with a multi-tip screw driver. It takes about 10 minutes.

I like the Marbles Bullseye rear sight. midwayusa sells it for about $16. I have it on almost all my iron sight rifles. For precision I like it with the factory front sight but for fast shooting or low light I like a FO front sight.

I had a hard time seeing the front bead on my 336C so I went with the Williams FP-336 rear peep and a Skinner brass front. I like this setup a lot.

You can install them yourself, and Andy the owner is a great guy.

                High quality.

I also have some winged stainless peep sights on one of my 1894 Lever Trunk Guns.
