I need hep with rifle identification...

hello, i acquired these rifles from my neighbor and i know nothing about them. they're pretty rough, but definitely cleanable and shootable. if possible i would like help in identifying make, model, caliber, and worth.

the first rifle i believe is a mauser Amberg 1917... that's about all i got. i don't believe its the original stock, but i may be wrong. it has the following markings:

First rifle is a WWI gew 98, and appears to be upgraded 20-30's post WWI with modified barrel/sights, surely used in WWII if bring back rifle, stock is trashed military rework, maybe worth $200 if it has decent bore for a project rebuild or sporter remake.



second rifle is a gew88 (1888 commission rifle ) Turkish conversion (98 style sights) with a trashed stock, in 8mm mauser (low power only).

Worth maybe $100 antique
