Is a low ring too low in my case?

I'm getting a Viper 6.5-20x44 PA for my 700. It will be mounted on a
Weaver Extended Multi-Slot Base 20MOA rail, I'm just wondering if a pair of
Weaver 30mm Six Hole Tactical Low Rings will be too low for my application.

and by the way, I'm getting a pair my scope cover too. The objective and eyepiece are 2.03 and 1.72, does that mean 2.043/1.73 inch pair from butler creek will give it a proper fit?
