    Winchester customer Service A++++.

    Folks,

    Quick and dirty, Winchester Featherweight new production. Would not hold zero or groups. Winchester said new rifle, or refund. I said new rifle.
    Now $60 transfer, and $35 DROs, was not happy, but. Winchester customer service is going to pay for the DROs and transfer. That is what I call customer service. California and its ****ing dumb gun laws.
    I asked them to see if they could salvage the other rifle, but I was told that both barrel and recveiver were no good. Parts made in the USA shipped to Portugal for assembly. Glad to see they back their products. A2

    That is good news!

    I'm waiting to hear back about a buddy's 25 WSSM Shadow (I think it's a shadow) that's been shooting wild groups. We'll see what Win comes up with.

        Yep, since FN took over, Winchester service is on par with the good 'ol days. The rifles produced in the FN plants are some of the best production bolt guns I have ever seen.

          Winchester Rifles.

          Guys,

          I agree, I have a Stealth and a Coyote Light. But this has been a highly unusal year. I sent a Remington 700 SPS Tactical scrapped because receiver was out of spec. And now the Featherweight. Strange, but whatever. A2

            I bought a Winchester SX3 last year and after I took it home I found some kind of scratches on synthetic stock. I took it back to JUST GUNS and told them I bought this rife New. They called winchester and did not do anything about it.
            I called winchester and send them the rife and they charged me full amount for service and stock price. about $300
