Need Gunsmith recommendation..

I'm reworking an old Ruger M77 tang safety 30-06 and looking for a gunsmith to bed a new Boyd's stock and remove the original iron sights... perhaps do a little work on the trigger.

Any recommendations near Clayton (bay area) up to Chico? Willing to send it off to the right person as well. The gun has some sentimental value and I don't want it to be damaged by an unfamiliar gunsmith.
