Pretty typical 91/59.
I don't see anything wrong with it if that's what you're asking?Originally posted by GoodEyeSniperMy neighbors think I'm a construction worker named Bruce.
Little do they know that's just my stripper outfit and name.Originally posted by ChopperXI am currently cleaning it and I noticed when I squeeze the snake this white paste like substance comes out. What the heck is this crap?Originally posted by Jeff LDon't D&T a virgin milsurp rifle. You'll burn in collector hell. -
Yes 340 is pretty high for a 91/59. And a lot of 91/59s have laminated stocks that make them look like they have been refinished.I don't believe this one has been.Comment

I don't think it's been refinished. I've seen many 91/59's with a similar finish, and I have a refurbed M44 that I bought from big 5 with the same finish.
As for price, that's a little tough...with common year M44's hitting $250 these days I don't think $300-$350 is too terrible for a nice 91/59. They're much less common than the other Soviet M/N carbines, and the 91/59's have a reputation as being the most accurate of the Soviet M/N carbines.Originally posted by GoodEyeSniperMy neighbors think I'm a construction worker named Bruce.
