Recommneded Slings and Swivels

Hey I recently purchased a Tikka T3 and wanted to know what kind of slings and swivels I should get for it. Anything helps.

Get a Claw sling. It doesn't slide around on your shoulder and it comes with swivels. All you'd need are swivel studs which I believe are standard on Tikka rifles.

I like the old Garand style slings. Just take off the quick clip ...they make too much noise.

Hunting, outdoor purposes. I heard the swivels that come with the Claw slings are unreliable as they usually unscrew while you're going about your business.

^^ WRONG.
The claw is the best I have used. I am getting ready to sell about 15 slings I will not use because the Claw is all I will use now. Stays on my sloping shoulders better than any other.
I use the Claw on both of my Tikka's. My daughter and I used the Claw slings on Ruger M77 rifles(257R and 338win mag) in Africa on a 11 hunting day spot and stalk hunt. She has used hers for deer and pig hunting here. I have used mine for deer/pig and bear hunting here.
I have used them for several years and switched the 2 I have from rifle to rifle. Hers(pink) has stayed on her rifle. Not a single problem.
The claw will fit the studs on your rifle.

PS: Whoever told you the swivels were not good and unscrew is an idiot who does not know what they are talking about.--Just my thoughts.
