    Falling Block Rifle?

I know about the Ruger No. 1 etc., but aside from some very fine custom or semi-custom falling block single shot rifles, what other affordable makes are out there? I saw one on the wall at the local gun store but since I was busy buying a Sig P226 Mk25 pistol, I knew better than to touch another firearm, so I don't know what it was, but it was new.

If it's still there when I go back after the ten day jail period on the pistol, I'll find out.

Winchester still catalogs the High Wall: http://www.winchesterguns.com/produc...02C&mid=534112

Or this High Wall Repop: http://www.uberti.com/1885-high-wall-rifle

    Then there's this: http://www.eabco.com/Brown97DRifle.htm

    More historical: http://csharpsarms.com/

I had one of these: http://www.shilohrifle.com/

    More repops: http://www.davide-pedersoli.com/tipo...high-wall.html

There's a bunch of used rifles around such as the Browning and a bunch I can't remember.

The Ruger isn't a bad deal either, I still have my Ruger #3 carbine rechambered to .220 Swift that has hammered quite a few varmints.

I have Pedersoli, sharps, rolling blocks, ruger #1 (.308 win) , and one 1879 sharps borschardt 32-40

Im actually selling a Pedersoli 1874 45-70 target model with long range sight, a Danish rolling block, and a swede sporter rolling block.

The Dane and swede are advanced reloding guns requiring 4expensive dies but can also be reloaded with modified cheaper dies.

Cast bullets are required for these and most single shots, you can contact (PM) for more info.

      yes, its a disease.

Does anyone else want to dress one up as a scale artillery piece?
