I have the same rifle in 22-250 and it LOVES coyotes. In fact it loved one real good this morning. You will love your T3 OP!

My scope: Nikon Prostaff - not the best not the worst. I got a pretty good buck with it this year so I can't complain. I attribute my being scoped to carelessness. It certainly is a lesson I will never forget.

I got scope bit by a 30-06 myself, my buddies still bring it up every so often.
