Is there a 10 day wait on buying a Mosin from an FFL?

Quick question... I bought a couple Mosin's from PSA and having them shipped to my FFL, Riflegear. Is there the standard Kali 10 day wait period on these? Thanks in advance.

They're not liberals, they're leftists. Please don't use the former for the latter. Liberals are Locke, Jefferson, Burke, Hayek. Leftists are progressives, Prussian state-socialists, fascists. Liberals stand against the state and unequivocally support liberty. Leftists support state tyranny.

prepare to pay $150 fee(Transfer+DROS+Tax+additional rifle transfer fee) @ riflegear for $300 rifles.
you should have bought them from Big5 locally.

mosin's have been going on sale locally for $129 to $149.
your going to have to pay out of state transfer fee. At Riflegear usually $75.00 when both items are from the same seller. plus you paid shipping? sales tax and DROS.
Been gone too long. It's been 15 to 20 years since i had to shelf my guns. Those early years sucked.
I really miss the good old Pomona Gun Shows.

Well good news is free shipping and the mosins come with bayonets and cleaning kits. More bend over from Kali.

Does anyone know if having a C&R license exempts you from the 10 day waiting period?

                    It does not.

However having both a C&R and a CA-issued COE will exempt you from the 10 day wait on C&R firearms.
You think you know, but you have no idea.

...just be prepared for a little hassle when doing this at most ffl dealers. it usually takes an extra half-hour to do the paperwork because they do these so infrequently that they forget how to enter it and make mistakes, etc.

I collect Military Arms and enjoy shooting in local matches. I also collect older Lever Actions, especially those chambered in odd/old cartridges. If you have a nice old Winchester or Marlin in 25-20, 32-40, 38-55, 40-60, 45-70, etc etc, please PM me and we can work out a deal.

Is that true for C&R handguns? Pete
