    Shipping two Mosin's to Kali

    Question: I want to buy two Mosins from PSA and ship them here to Kali. Do these still have to go thru an FFL due to their age and status? Thanks in advance.

          Unless they are built on antique (pre 1899) receivers they still need to be received by an FFL.
