springfield action?

I have a coworker that has mauser model 98 in 7mm and hes asking me where to find a conversion kit to convert it to a springfield action. I guess his scope interferes with the action. Anyone have any ideas?

I have a m91/30 with a bolt bent from this guy so I could mount a scope up top. He apparently does Mausers too. http://www.mosinnagant.net/boltman/boltman.html If this is what he's talking about?

After he has the bolt bent (forged really) or has a new handle welded on, there are several styles of safety that fit the bolt.

Inexpensive, I have one on my earliest Siamese Mauser conversion:

Any gunsmith worth his salt can usually do this work. The Boltman linked in emrivera1's post above is a reasonable price for a bent bolt.
