Remington 770 Broken Part Question

So my brothers 770 broke today at the range. We took it apart and found a small metal piece had broken off next to the trigger assembly. I know what the part does, but I cant seem to find it on the parts schematic. The broken part seems to hold the bolt release lever in place. Any help would be much appreciated.

It is called the "bolt stop spring".
Remington part number is F300519
The 2012 price was $3.20.
Call remington and order it.
