    Get another barrel fitted for it right now.
    That one is gonna be done in 700-800 rounds.

      Ya that's what I "heard". I'm skeptical though. Have you personally had it happen?

      I plan on shooting 3 bullets a year through it so it should last me a long time.

        Thats a pretty gun.

        If you're going to truly use it just for hunting you'll be fine with that barrell.

                    I have shot-out several barrels.
                    That's why I mentioned that it's going to have a short barrel life.
                    If you are only using it for hunting and shooting maybe 20 rounds per year including checking zero in camp, it will last you seemingly forever.
                    If you were going to take it out to the desert and target shoot at 1400yds with it a few times a year, you are going to eat a barrel every couple years.

                      That's why I asked. Thanks info buddy. I figure ill just check zero before my trips or at camp ect so it should last.
