I watched the video, it was well done.

Q: Does that rifle use the typical factory-style R700 extractor & ejector?…If so, if I were going to acquire one, it would be the first thing to change.

Second, as to the butt pad, my preference is for a smooth pad, slightly rounded at the heel and top, to facilitate a quick-to-shoulder interface.
Had the manufacturer spent a little more time on the stock to action fit, those flyers likely would have not occurred. Good that you checked the screw torque. That should always be done on any rifle periodically.

We have had a good experience so far with a Vortex Razor Gen2 on a RPR in 6.5CM. It is built like a tank, and repeatable. Hopefully that is common in their other models.

Looks like it will be a decent rifle for your intended use.

Wow! Great groups. Nice to see the Lincoln range. I haven't been back there for 2 or 3 years since I moved out-of-state.

I had the opportunity to shoot one a few weeks ago in 300 PRC. At 100 yards, I was able to shoot three rounds, all touching. It’s my buddy’s new rifle he had just picked up for a recent elk hunt. The rifle (w/ carbon wrapped barrel) felt light but had what I thought was a very manageable recoil. Following our range trip, he was able to drop his elk at over 560 yards with a single shot.
