October URSA Match Results
We started shooting unlimited range again last Sunday October 19th now that the deer season is over in the A Zone. The weather was good and the conditions seemed a little windy early on but all in all a good day to shoot.
In match number one first time shooter Johan shooting a 375 CheyTac with a big BAT 2 inch action in a Accuracy Solutions chassis hit the 2147 yard gong with his first shot of the day cold bore..
What a way to start the day!!!
Four shooters advance Cal shipbuilder Johan Amanda and Doug.
Johan and Doug each had 4 hits at 2147 yards and advanced to the 2600 yard target. Johan's trigger broke on his 3rd shot and Doug clinched the win on his 10th shot.
Good shooting Doug and a tough break for newcomer Johan who has already shown he will be in the winners circle sooner than later.
Everyone had ammo and after the shutdown for der season were eager to shoot so we held a second match and Calshipbuilder took the win over Amanda at 2147 yards.
Congratulations to Calshipbuilder on the win and Amanda for her second place finish.
Next match will be the 3rd Sunday of November see you all at 8AM.
