If the b14 has a Remington 700 footprint it should fit -
It depends on the inlet in the stock.
It's not the receiver that determines bottom metal fit.
It's the inlet in the stock.
While Remington 700 footprint specifically concerns the location of the cartridges and the screw spacing and the diameter of the receiver, there are several different inlets in 700 footprint stocks.
You have Remington BDL and Badger M5 as the most common but there are also Magpul stocks that don't follow any standard as well as some other non-common inlets made up by manufacturers to not fit commonly available inlets so that you to have to buy only their parts.
You need a bottom metal that's for the 700 footprint, but just because you have a 700 footprint action does not mean that any specific bottom metal will fit into your stock.
So if you tell us what specific inlet your stock has and what inlet the bottom metal you are looking for fits, then we can see if those are the same.
Badger M5 is the most common for detachable magazine setups.
I can re-cut BDL inlets to M5 pattern to allow installation of M5 bottom metal into BDL stocks.Randall Rausch
