Rem700 barreled action values

So i have the chance to buy a barreled short action rem 700. No stock and i think it might have a trigger. Right now it has a fluted barrel in .308. I want to make a fair offer on it so im looking for price ranges. Its not matte finish but a black glossy finish thats pretty weathered. Jeweled bolt and the action seems decent. Any ideas?

second i have a spare action that i want to finish out and ive been looking for a barrel. I want this one to be 20” 1:8 .223 heavy bull profile. I was thinking of the remage criterion barrel for this, are they still avail? The website hasnt been updated since 2017. I will probably call them or check during the week but i figured id ask here anyhow. I am open to barrel make suggestions on this, I would even run a used factory take off if someone had one for sale.

New ones without bolts are often going for $200 to $300.
I would put a used one with a bolt in that same value range.

For that second rifle, I would ask Randall to fit a blank, like a Bartlein. Not only could he make it any length, he could thread it for a muzzle device and make it blend with the profile. And it will stack the bullets after it’s all done.
