I can rebarrel almost any 223 bolt rifle into a 204 Ruger.
Get an extra Tikka in 223 and a 20 caliber blank in the twist/contour of your choice and come see me for the rebarrel.

.204 Ruger? Savage used to sell the 12 FV in it. They have a fairly long heavy barrel. My 6.5 Creedmoor has a 26 incher.

That's a Cabela's/Bass Pro-only model. They probably haven't made it in a couple years. but you might check local Cabela's and Bass Pro Shops around you. They might have one gathering dust in a back room.

Sportsman Warehouse has 204 ruger rifles in stock.
Been gone too long. It's been 15 to 20 years since i had to shelf my guns. Those early years sucked.
I really miss the good old Pomona Gun Shows.

Find local businesses, view maps and get driving directions in Google Maps.

Buying a safe and sane firework is like paying a hooker for a hug. I do not see the appeal in it.
