URSA 3K Match Results 4-28-2024
Congratulations go to Calshipbuilder on his first place win at the URSA 3K Match on Sunday.
We drew numbers and he was the first shooter of the day using his 33XC cartridge on a Mitch Palmer "Pronethrone " to best the field.
There was a sudden death shootoff for second place and Lady shooter Amanda used the 338 Ackley Improved she won last year to beat Jim and Lynn both shooting 375 cheytacs. Great shooting Amanda!!!!
I would like to thank RickyRacer87 Jim and Shaun for the hard work they put in on the 3311 yard gong. We shoot from a mountain top across a couple valleys and they made it look manicured like a gold course. Great job guys and thanks for all the help.
Next year we will not be changing the date of the 3K match it will be regularly scheduled for the 3rd sunday of the month like always.
We did shoot out to 3311 yards after the match and got to see the lights flashing a couple of times.
We are now back to our regular schedule of 3rd sunday of the month for the rest of the year.
