How does it work? Does it keep the trigger pointed back so that it fires immediately on cycling? Is this supposed to go bang after the rifleman rifle swing?"Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience." - C.S. So is this some fed trap like those alleged solvent traps or is it something legal in a free state? I?ve never seen one of these in action."Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. I had something similar on my Mattel lever action.Comment

Yup. Mine was metal and riveted to the loop so it could be laid flat for normal shooting. Swinging it into place causes it to catch and pull the trigger with your finger out of the guard. Work the lever and the gun fired.Comment

Just great, and now I'm on some list.
Judge, I swear I was only getting it for my friend's Red Ryder carbine-action, 200-shot range model air BB rifle with a compass in the stock, that goes up, and this thing that tells time sort of like an Apple watch.

But joking aside, I've never seen that before and it's actually pretty cool.Comment
