DOJ Roster for Rifles??

I am trying to purchase a CZ 600 from an out-of-state dealer. That dealer states he cannot ship to CA because the CZ 600 is not on the DOJ approved list. I thought the list did not apply to rifles. What gives??

Only assault rules apply with semi auto, look at the list and 1 in 30 restriction which doesn't impact shipper.

The cz600 is a bolt action. No such thing as adoj approved list. Find a different seller.
