Building a 20” .308 for CA hunting. Trying to figure out the best twist rate for lighter copper ammo. I will be shooting mostly 130 grain to 150 grain as I’m a believer in light and fast for copper. What barrel twist should I be looking at specifically for copper? Barrel will be proof carbon in sendero light on a Remington 700.
Am I really missing anything by not going with full sendero vs the light? It won’t be a bench gun and I’d rather not have to pick up a new stock for the full sendero or pay extra to fit the new barrel to the stock.
