    Rifle ban chart missing?

I am considering getting a bolt action rifle for CA. I noticed that the "CA Rifle Interactive Ban Chart" link under "Flowcharts & OLL Assembly Guide" is not working. Does anyone have a copy or the ability to fix the link?

I am not sure which flowchart you refer to, but CA Semiauto Ban(AW)ID Flowchart works fine.

Yes, the semiauto one is fine. I'm looking at manual action rifles out of state so I have one when I move to CA.

There is no flow chart on manual/bolt action rifles.
For manual/bolt action OAL - 26" +, barrel - 16" +, magazine no more then 10 cartridges fixed or not. Any stock is fine, if you have folding/collapsible stock - 26"+ in the shortest fireable configuration. Barrel can be threaded. Nothing else comes to mind.

Just to add to this, a fixed tube feed mag can have more then 10 cartridges but this mostly applies to lever guns that shoot pistol caliber cartridges.
It takes a lot of balls to play golf the way I do.

CA legal requirements for manually operated (bolt-action, lever-action, pump-action, break-open) rifles:
              1. Minimum barrel length of 16". [PC 17170(a)]

              2. Minimum overall length of 26". [PC 17170(b)]
^CA measures overall length with the firearm in the shortest possible fire-able configuration (stock folded/collapsed).

              3. Can not be chambered in .50BMG. [PC 30530(a)]

              4. Can not have a fixed magazine with a capacity of more than 10 rounds. [PC 32310(a)]
^Lever-action firearms with fixed tubular magazines are exempt from this [PC 16740(c)] and .22 caliber firearms with fixed tubular magazines are exempt from this [PC 16740(b)].
