          I had to dig to find that, my list of sources either didn't list it, or "out of stock". Wisner doesn't have a pic of it on their website, but I would confirm it's the right spring before you order it, just to be on the safe side. These old parts, and repro old parts, are really getting tough to find these days!

            Rifle is back together now, headspace verified, and ready for some black powder cartridges. Buffalo Bore wants $4.20 per cartridge so I may be making my own.

              Yes reloading for these old calibers is about the only way you can take em out and enjoy them.. Instead of going out and shooting "factory" rounds at 4.00 and cringing every time you fire it, not from the recoil, but what it just cost you to do so,LOL

              Put up a pic of the Rifle..I have always really liked the 81..But never acquired one..
