A bit more than eight years ago I purchased a Henry "New" Original rifle, It never fails to get attention at the range, and any one that shoots it loves it.
I was going to take it to the range in late June when I saw something wrong with the action: the bolt would open and close but the bullet lift would not move.
I contacted Henry and filled out their service request form and got a reply saying they'd contact me in another three days. Forget that: inside half an hour I had a personal E-mail from one of their repair supervisors asking me to send them the rifle for inspection and repair. Fifteen minutes later, they sent a UPS shipping label.
It arrived at Henry July 5; today I received it at my home via UPS, all fixed, test fired, and ready to go.
All of this cost nothing more than shipping: the work on the rifle was done under warranty and with zero problems.
Hat's off to Henry!
