OP has only used one foreign (cheap) brand of ammo in the rifle. One test confirms nothing. Proper detailed clean n lube and a re-test with known good ammo is the next step for him.
It is a used rifle. We can't really say if it has a mechanical problem yet. If it does then Savage can/will do their thang as needed. Until then he has to test it.
