Is this something Bass Pro Shop would carry?

You may be able to find a mdt or magpul chassis at bass pro or turners. I've never seen a mcmillan, manners or masterpiece arms stocks for sale at any gun shops. I've been buying mcmillan universal stocks that are already cut for remington clone actions. Just drop your barreled action in and torque your action screws down and shoot no need to do any bedding

Short answer is very likely NO. People into long range shop places like Mile High, and other specialty vendors that mainly have an online presence.
