URSA 2000 Yard Match Jan 16Th

    Shooters
If your willing to brave the snow we are holding our first match of 2022 on january 16th above upperlake california.
We start shooting at 2000 yards and move back in 500+ yard increments until we have a winner.
Any legal gun any safe shooting position and multiple guns are allowed.
No fees no pit duty just show up and shoot.
We generally shoot 2 matches per day so bring 60+ rounds of ammunition as running out sucks.
You sign-up at www.unlimitedrange.org as we no longer have signups at the matches to save time.
We try and go hot as soon as possible so schedule your driving time for sunrise arrival.
From upperlake california you take mendenhall road until it dead ends at elk mountain road. Make a left until you reach pitney lane and the only direction you can go is right.
Off of pitney lane take sam alley ridge road to the top of the mountain and go left until you see the vehicles or approximately 3 miles.
It takes 30-40 minutes to get to the top of the mountain (8 miles) so factor that into your driving time.
    See you there.

If you have any problem with the online form, please e-mail me ASAP (webmaster@unlimitedrange.org). Reminder to get signed up. Weather looks great for the week with single digit projections of precipitation, day and night temps all well above freezing.

Looking Forward to the Match this weekend. All signed up but now I have to put my rifle back together. I was hoping to have my 33XC build done for this event but that just didn't work out... But at least I can put the old barrel back on and still get to shoot. Now it's time to get some ammo loaded and the gun back together but I've got all week.

On another note... I got a cool new item for Christmas and will be trying it out for the first time this weekend. It is a Z-Cam Ipman transmitter and I will have it attached to my Nikon Camera that I use for spotting. I will be able to share the video signal to others who would like to view it. I can share the feed with up to 4 people using the app that is available for IOS or Android devices. I've read reviews that say the Android app is a little quirky but it is what it is. So if you are coming to the event and would like try and connect to the video feed you can download and install the app needed for the feed from the links below either IOS from the App Store or for Android devices from Google Play.
