From my understanding, if someone uses a "KaliKey BCG" on a normal semi-auto rifle, the KaliKey turns it into a bolt action repeater, which allows them to use features such as collapsible stock, removable magazine, flash hider, pistol grip, etc. because by definition it is no longer an semi-auto centerfire rifle.
So would the same concept apply if someone built their rifle with a normal BCG, but instead of the KaliKey, they use an adjustable gas block that is set to the completely closed position so it prevents the BCG from cycling?
