I've never seen this happen before...

Shot the Vintage military silhouette match today. Was walking over to reset the pigs I had hit and noticed this. The shooter next to me had hit the pig right on the butt and spun it 90 degrees. It ended up balanced on the front leg and did not fall over. No score!

Makes for a good laugh among friends who shoot together!
Sometimes funny stuff happens, but at the end of the day, I’d still rather be shooting than on some lockdown.

That pig is clearly getting ready to charge the shooter.
It's wounded but now even more dangerous.

I'd say give him one shot to see if he can hit it straight on / the hard way, instead of broadside, the next time you get a chance to shoot it.
It might be a hard shot but so wouldn't a charging pig.

Hitting it head on would be a challenge 330 yards.

HAHA! Pretty neat! One of those one in a million shots.

I've never seen a pig hang like that before. I've spun a lot of chickens and turkeys and had rams slide and not fall but standing a pig on only the front foot is a new one.

I started shooting IHMSA back in the early 80's with the Palmetto Gun Club in Charleston, SC.

                            Same here.

I've spun a couple of chickens and turkeys, and rang a few rams...but this was amazing.
