Peterson makes pretty good brass. Grafs has it cheaper than Brownells.

The 284 is a bit of an odd bird. It was ahead of it's time.
But at the same time it made a base for wildcats; the 6.5-284 turned in to a great 1000 yard cartridge.
A 99 barreled in 6.5-284 would be sweet, but would be limited to short bullets by the magazine. The beauty of the 6.5-284 is the ballistics with the longer bullets at long range.
