Savage Model 11 Identification Help

I used to own a gun store and I bought this off a customer unused in 2016. It sat until a month ago when I found it hiding and decided to put it to use. I installed a brake from Mac's Gun Works and a Trijicon 3x9 scope. It shoots really well and I am happy with it but.... what is it?

The barrel is marked Model 11 .223 and it had the Pig Hunter style sights on it but it had / has a wood stock.

Is the recoil pad marked Savage?
If not, perhaps the stock is an aftermarket replacement installed by the person you bought it from.

The stock does not match ANY of the currently sold factory 223 rifles with laminated stocks.
That's not to say that they simply discontinued that style of stock though.

The stock appears to be a Boyd's Prairie Hunter.
Probably in Coyote.

I believe Randall hit the nail on the head, I have a grey Prairie Hunter on my old Mauser, same look, forend flutes and all.

Damn you're good... I never bothered to look at the back of the recoil pad, it is a Boyds.... It had been never fired so I assumed bone stock. Seems the $200 I pad was a good investment....
