Feed failures when working the bolt hard

I was doing speed drills today, firing groups of 3 in my 350 legend Ruger GSR, and had a few jams (about 5 out of 60). Was shooting Winchester white box (not the greatest) and it seemed like the mouths where getting stuck on the feed ramp. The rifle has about 700 rounds through it, and had been 100% reliable until today, but today was the first time I really tried to hustle my follow up shots.

Anyone have any insight into what might be happening or what I can do to improve the situation? Could bad technique cause this?

And what can we do about this?

Short of self-'smithing, either send it in to Ruger after first calling them for a Return Authorization or take the rifle to local gunsmith on your dime.

Technique may play a part but a bolt gun to be truly reliable must work under the direction of even the most ham-fisted shooters.

          Thanks for the suggestions!

When I cleaned it last night, there was a lot of copper build up on the feed ramp from the WWB FMJs. Next time out I'll try the Federal JSPs I have, and try to take note if it's only happening with one mag or multiple (I have 2x 5 rounders and 2x 9 rounders).
